✓ Who this is for

✗ Who this is not for

People with hypercalcemia or primary hyperparathyroidism. People on thyroid medication should separate calcium by 4 hours.

Is calcium alone enough for bone health?

No. Calcium absorption from the gut requires vitamin D3.

What is hydroxyapatite calcium?

Hydroxyapatite is the actual mineral form calcium takes in human bone tissue. It contains calcium and phosphorus in the physiological ratio found in bone matrix.

Why take K2 with D3?

Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption from the gut but does not control where calcium goes once absorbed. Vitamin K2 activates two key proteins: osteocalcin (which deposits calcium into bone tissue) and matrix GLA protein (which prevents calcium from accumulating in arterial walls).

Separate calcium from thyroid medications by at least 4 hours. Do not exceed 500mg of calcium per sitting for optimal absorption.
