What is the difference between NAC and glutathione?

Why might I feel worse when starting a detox protocol?

When the liver increases its detoxification rate, stored toxins are mobilized and temporarily enter circulation, sometimes causing headache, fatigue, skin changes, or GI discomfort. These are normal initial adaptation symptoms, not an allergic reaction.
